That is a blow of motivation but it is said that when you take something with desire, you get tired soon. Therefore, as I do not want to happen to you, here I collect some of the most common mistakes we make and make us lose motivation too soon:
1. Drastic changes: The first of all is to make too many changes to improve your health at the same time. An example could be, getting up every day at 6am and go to the gym but still sleeping little and badly, it may make you feel more tired and end up leaving it.
2. The diet: Another example is to start "dieting" the famous phrase today I start to get on a diet with my friend's diet that has been great. We return to the miracle diets rather that changes your habits towards a healthier style that you can maintain in the long term.
3. Routines: When we start, we like to be accompanied by a @ cousin, friend, but what happens when one of the two cannot go ... we end up leaving him. Therefore, we must try to consider our own individual challenges of training 3-4 times per week following a schedule that fits our lifestyle.
4. Challenges: We love challenges, it does not mean that we cannot achieve them, but the preparation that it requires is possibly above our current level, which frustrates us to see that we did not achieve our goal. An example would be to run a marathon without having completed half marathons or on the other hand obsessed with losing weight in a very short period of time, making you feel frustrated for not achieving another year the desired goal. That's why focus on realistic goals you can achievein progression, such as running or
3 times a week 20 mins and progressing to 30-40mins, find an activity that you enjoy such as body-pum, pilates, which also come in handy to work the resistance force, prevent injuries, among other benefits .
5. Plan your time: Finally, the most common mistake that causes us to fail in our objectives is the lack of time or rather, the priority we give to exercise in our day to day. It is directly related to thoughts, if we are realistic, it recognizes when you really think during the day in sports, surely at the end of the day, when the day has passed, because it is not something to which we give priority. Therefore, we must plan our time, saving a little bit for our health every day, which does not mean that we have to train every day at the same intensity, so we will have a time of 1 hour at least for us.
In short, we can do it, we just need a little willpower and be constant without disappointing progress. Whenever you feel stuck, the help of a professional is essential and we are super happy to help you!
Much healthy love for everyone!
